You may email helpdesk@olimtech.com with your issue and someone will get back to you as ssoon as possible. If this is an emergency, call the helpdesk at 888.996.9903. Please provide your name, phone number, email address, best time to return your call, a detailed description of your issue, and its urgency. For emergency after hours support, you must indicate that your issue is "urgent" and your message will be routed to the technical support person on call.
