Change Requests

Olim can make modifications to your software as you break it in. As you need features added to your software, you can contact Olim at 262.432.2375 or submit a ticket and it will be routed to the sales department and the engineers in charge of your project.

Support issues with Olim software will be handled through the 24 hour helpdesk. You can call 888.996.9903 for assistance or submit a ticket. If your need is urgent, call the support number and mention that your issue is "urgent" and you will be directed to the on call technician.
